FAQs

How early can I come to my appointment?

Due to Covid-19, we urge patients to come about 5 to 10 minutes before their appointment, so that contact with other patients is limited. We sincerely apologise if you are kept waiting, as we have to clean and prepare rooms after every patient, so that it is safe for people to access treatment.

How do I get to the surgery?

We are located next to Streatham Common Railway Station and bus routes 80 and 118 . For more directions information, check out the Accessibility and Transport Page.

What are the costs for treatment?

Pricing differs depending on exemptions, level of complexity, competitive pricing, band level etc. For more information, please speak to one of our dentists. NHS prices cover clinically necessary treatments only, such as diagnosis, advice, fillings, root canal treatments, extractions etc. However, specific types of treatments (such as white fillings) that aren’t clinically necessary, will not be available. You may be charged more if the treatment is a mix of NHS and private, but you will be informed of this before the start of the treatment, and have a choice.
